Privacy Policy

Effective June 6, 2026. Version 2026-06-06-safebidauto.

Data We Collect

SafeBid Auto collects account information such as name, email, organization, role, authentication identifiers, billing status, subscription identifiers, and legal consent records.

Workspace users may add vehicle, auction, repair, document, photo, buyer lead, communication, calendar, billing, provider, and operational data needed to run the business workflow.

The service also records technical data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, audit events, rate-limit records, provider webhook events, job status, and error telemetry.

How We Use Data

SafeBid Auto uses data to provide the product, authenticate users, isolate tenant workspaces, calculate deal and portfolio outputs, process subscriptions, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.

Vehicle, buyer, provider, and financial data may be used to generate reports, estimates, reminders, and workflow recommendations inside the workspace. These outputs remain decision-support information for the customer.

Service Providers

SafeBid Auto may use infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, payment, email, SMS, calendar, observability, and vehicle-data providers to operate the service.

Provider access should be limited to the data needed for the service they perform. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by SafeBid Auto.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for collecting buyer, employee, contractor, vendor, and vehicle data lawfully, providing any notices required by their jurisdiction, and honoring deletion, export, consent, and communication preferences that apply to their business.

Customers should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information and should configure roles, integrations, and exports according to least-privilege access.

Retention

SafeBid Auto keeps account, workspace, audit, billing, consent, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Customers may request deletion or export through the support contact associated with the workspace. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, tax, legal, backup, or abuse-prevention purposes.

Security

SafeBid Auto uses tenant isolation, role-aware access, row-level security, server-side secrets, audit logging, provider signature checks, and operational monitoring to protect customer data.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. Customers should protect their credentials, review team membership, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Choices

Users may update account information, manage team access, configure notifications, unsubscribe where supported, cancel billing through the billing portal, and request data export or deletion through the workspace support contact.

Browser, email, SMS, calendar, and payment providers may offer additional privacy controls through their own settings and policies.

Contact

Privacy questions, access requests, deletion requests, or security concerns should be sent through the support contact provided with your workspace, subscription, or deployment.
