Terms of Service

SafeBid Auto provides software for vehicle acquisition, bid evaluation, repair planning, portfolio operations, document tracking, buyer follow-up, and related workflow automation.

The service supports business decisions, but it does not replace professional judgment, vehicle inspection, title verification, tax advice, accounting advice, insurance advice, or legal advice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. You must use accurate account, billing, and organization information.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate users, assigning roles, removing users who no longer need access, and reviewing tenant data exports or deletion requests.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of vehicle records, auction exports, buyer leads, documents, photos, pricing inputs, and any other data you upload or connect to SafeBid Auto.

Provider data, market estimates, safe-bid calculations, repair estimates, and resale projections are decision-support outputs. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and should be checked before you bid, buy, repair, list, finance, or sell a vehicle.

Paid plans are billed through the configured payment provider. By starting a paid plan, trial, upgrade, or renewal, you authorize the provider to charge the payment method associated with the workspace.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed order, fees are non-refundable after the paid billing period begins. Taxes, payment failures, downgrades, cancellations, and reactivations are handled through the billing provider and the plan settings shown in the product.

You may not use SafeBid Auto to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass provider terms, scrape or automate third-party services without permission, send unlawful messages, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service.

You may not reverse engineer the service, overload shared infrastructure, resell access without permission, or use automated access in a way that harms SafeBid Auto, customers, providers, or vehicle marketplaces.

SafeBid Auto may change features, providers, limits, plans, and workflows as the product evolves. Material changes to these terms should be reflected in a new version and may require renewed acceptance.

The service is provided without guarantees that every workflow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every jurisdiction, auction, marketplace, financing arrangement, title process, or sales channel.

You may stop using SafeBid Auto or cancel a paid subscription through the billing workflow. SafeBid Auto may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, suspected abuse, or violation of these terms.

After termination, access to workspace data may be limited. Export critical records before cancellation when required for your business, accounting, tax, warranty, title, or buyer-support obligations.
